I came across suggestr while reading up on https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Phosh/squeekboard/-/issues/54#note_1363279 as I recently added presage based prediction to phosh-osk-stub (a toy project of mine so I can type a bit faster on the Librem 5) and was wondering if you could clarify on the license (and maybe add a license file)? As far as I can tell parts are BSD (prediction), others Apache (include/thirdparty). Latest when we want to get this into Debian/PureOS we need to sort the License of all files out.

Is the data to build the dictionaries in dict/ available somewhere as we might otherwise not be able to ship these.

Hey @agx, wow, cool!

The dictionaries are available e.g. here: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/packages/inputmethods/LatinIME/+/master/java/res/raw

Regarding the license, I am happy to add whatever license fits to my bits of the code. The code came originally from Android, but IIRC took it from the Chromium project (they had a proejct for a while to bring some Android code into Chromium I believe).
