nubes-47 Container Build für Backend Services #172

Service uses DevServices to start MongoDB when using gradle quarkusDev orgradle check.

The build creates images and uses containers for test or development if the option -Dquarkus.container-image.build = true is set. However, not (yet) in the GitHub CI Build.
