Fix #24 #25

Fixes #24.

With a negative margin-bottom, the tab content aligns to the right of nav-tabs (in Chrome 54.0). Changing it to a non-negative number fixes the issue.

i'll push to chrome next week, since i need to fix shit like the livestream tab,etc. thanks!

Unless you can code PHP and solve that too?
