Bad commit for 0ms timing.... #32

I would probably revert https://github.com/WoLpH/python-statsd/pull/31

I sincerely apologize.. this needed to be fixes upstream of the lib.

I've fixed it in a different way, the threshold is now configurable: https://github.com/WoLpH/python-statsd/commit/31ebc8b24cb720df47774386b4367768175d8594
