Avoid opening server on public interfaces by default

Using Quick share or starting the server without IP Bind option, the app opens server on all available Network interfaces including public ones. This opens up the server worldwide and provides pubic access to the files.

The IP Bind option is hidden deeply in preferences. And local IPs change regularly on different networks creating errors. Some solutions:

• Explicitly ask the user to choose a specific network interface, when the ip specified in IP Bind option is not accessible.
• Let the user pick the specific interface each time or as a checkbox option in the main interface, which already lists all the available network interfaces
• By default, avoid opening servers on public networks and use local servers only: 192.168.*.*

Well, I don't consider it too bad because:

• moblie network providers often use NAT to block incoming traffic to mobile devices
• server uses auth (except users enabled anonymous access)
• server usually runs temporarily only
