Changing the template is tedious and time-consuming #150

Trying to change the template (left menu for navigation) of the Crunchy
tutor, say for adding a link, is really time consuming as the changes has
to be done in every page that is written.

I suggest a new approach where pages are written simply, the template is
extracted from a main file (index.html).

The instruction to do so would be via a <meta> instruction.  This should be
flexible enough to specify other template files.

Created in andre's branch.  Need to change the existing html files (for 
consistency)
to use this new approach.

Actually, using this plugin breaks the communication between the browser and the
Python backend in a very subtle way...   Hunting the bug...
