Changes from Master branch made for Py3 upgrade #103

  1. The project, FInish time, and running-jobs info in Composition and Phasespace webpages
  2. Pinning down the limits of versions for some dependency packages
  3. changes related to computing - pulling these for maintaining consistency between master and production

I think we do not save Project and Task object in our public database. Then we can not get the project and finish time in Composition and Phasespace view.
