Improve SDRF and parameter validation #14

Description of feature

Add validation of parameters and SDRF file as new process

Write a new module that is run before everything else.

Open questions:

Do we need a separation of checks per workflow? -> probably yes
Integrate now or wait for newer/better validation in sdrf-pipelines?

Rough working plan

[ ] Integrate with (new) sdrf-pipelines, make routine validity check
[ ] Collect realistic parameter values and ranges for each workflow
[ ] Through meaningful error for wrong parameter settings
