Add other fully functional tools and pipelines

Purpose: We want to add other workflows like FragPipe and CompMS as well as new software like Sage

Changes to which WOMBAT-P modules?
New parallel subworkflows: e.g. FragPipe
New convertors for input and output, preferably to software capable of reading sdrf (https://github.com/elixir-proteomics-community/sdrf_convert)

Interested parties Magnus (have some experience with Sage, MSFragger and MS Amanda), Wolfgang, Peter (Fragpipe), Julian

Rough working plan

[ ] Decide which workflows can be fully integrated, might be worth contacting the original developers
[ ] Decide which tools should be added and the assess the necessary changes (change modules or add new one(s))
[ ] Parametrization according to general parameter settings
