Description of feature

Currently, the CI tests various test pipelines. What else can we add?

Rough working plan

[ ] Check out this tool set for unit testing: https://www.nf-test.com/
[ ] Capture log files and at least provide their location when error occurs
[ ] Extend CI system (maybe with nf-test?)
