Description of feature

Rough plan to enable exchange of software and centralized version management.

Create software object containing:
- tool name
- tool version
- bio.tools ID
- flag for will be used
- container name?
- For different categories (e.g. statistical testing), overwrite flag for will be used from command line parameters
- Write software object into file when done
- Select used tool globally (same statistical test for all workflows, if possible)
