Some images not loading #22

Some of the uploaded images appear to have broken links. They are not loading. See, e.g., the "Recognize a quadratic function from its graph" question in Unit 1.

Is this repeatable? I see all the images...try reloading?

I tried reloading twice before I opened the issue. The same two images didn't load on both occasions. I don't really need to see them right now, so as long as it is working for others, that's fine for me.

So I randomly saw this pop up again when I happened to be tailing the log, so I put in a code change that may make this less prone to happen. Still not sure what the root cause is, but now there is a band-aid.
