Order of accounting targets within a mission (on app) #30

Just started accounting mission and noticed that the mission begins with the 3rd target of the directive. Not a big deal, but potentially confusing. This does not happen for the college algebra mission. @luwen-huang @cjshawMIT

@dnshah , it's designed to start with the last target question you had open, and use the first target if it's the first time you open the mission ... to clarify, did it start on the third one, but this is the first time you opened the mission?

Ah, I didn't realize that. Okay, just tested things out again and it seems to be working as you described.
