Description Please ensure only the following fields are under "Message" section on a speaker profile and are required in order to send a message:

Full name
Email address
Engagement type
- Emcee
- Fireside chat
- Keynote
- Moderator
- Panel discussion
- Presentation
- Webinar
- Workshop
- Other
Engagement compensation
- Speaking fee
- Speaking fee + travel expenses
- Travel expenses only
- None
Message

Acceptance Criteria

User can only send a message when all of the fields have values entered (for input) or selected (for dropdown)
Emails sent to the user (receiver) and sender (email receipt) should reflect these updated fields
