Please add the ability to resize a page, by units. #45

Once a page is created how can one resize it? Esp important is to know how
many px it is.

If you right click in a tab and select properties (our double click on it) you 
get a
dialog where you are able to select the page size. Alternatively you can use the
"Resize to fit contents..." option from the tab's context menu.

(At least available in 1.0 build 6)
