[API-590] Socialite Added Readme and a test

Description

Add a Test so the Wonde Plugin can be tested by users who use it.

How has this been tested?

Created a fresh laravel application
Added the Wonde/Socialite Package as well as Laravel/Socialite
Used a Wonde test account which include OAuth details
Successfully authenticated a user and was re-directed back to a test callback url added to the fresh laravel application
Created a Feature test to make sure a user could query user data
