Changes to support MQTT Fan changes in HA 2021.4 #23

Home Assistant Fans are moving to a percentage based Fan speed model.. This means that the HassBridge needs to change to support it. This is supported starting in Home 2021.4. So you will need to be running at least that version for Fans to work right.
