Slower tablet/Mouse response #1322

The storyboarder application was working great until I updated it. Now, when I try to draw, the mouse/tablet latency is so severe that I have to edit my slides in photoshop and upload them back to Storyboarder.

I did that. Restarted the program and its still very slow. I have to zoom out to a crazy amount for it to work properly. There are no other programs running on my computer so its not a memory issue.

My Problem is the application moves at 30 FPS on full screen and 60 when i make the window smaller. This only started happening after i updated it.
