Boards jumping forward to the last one. #1917

Recently I was working on my storyboards and strange glitch occurred. Now when creating different boards I am unable to watch my sequence of events play out naturally. After a certain point when I play the boards it jumps all the way to the very end of the last board in the sequence. Its been like this for about a week and I was hoping an update would solve the issue, however nothing has changed. I have been working on this storyboard project for about a year and I find this recent glitch to be very troubling.

Is there anything that can be done to solve this issue or is it just a matter of waiting until an update can fix this error? And if the later is the case how long am I expected to wait for the update to fix my problem? Is this a common problem with Storyboarder 2 or is this a recent problem that is currently under repair?

Respectfully,

Evan Adamcik

Can you send us an example project that demonstrates the problem?

Sure thing, what is the best format for submitting a project through GitHub? My current project is 1069 panels long so it is a large file.

evanadamcik commented 4 years ago

Typing error the number of panels is actually 1081. It skips from board 777A to the end of the one I am working on 1081A.

Is there anything I need to know about saving my Storyboarder project before exporting it out. I want to make sure I don't lose anything.

When I create a new project on storyboard does my pervious storyboard project remain on storyboard or is it erased to make the new one. I am concerned it might be erased. I've had bad luck with technology in the past.

I think you can just manually make a ZIP of the folder containing your project and attach it here in a GitHub comment, or if that doesn’t work, comment with a link to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc containing the ZIP.

I would prefer if I was able to show you an example project that doesn't involve my storyboards. They are pending copyright. I would like to send you a new storyboard project to demonstrate the project. If I click on Create a New Storyboard, does the previous story of 1000 plus panels autosave to the program on Storyboarder 2 or is it totally erased?

I just want to make totally sure
