I wrote up a few examples of data Storyboarder sends to remote servers here: https://github.com/wonderunit/storyboarder/issues/2239#issuecomment-868686535
Specific to your question, the work (art, scripts, drawings) you create in Storyboarder is yours.
"User data settings" is different, and I think is really just about the preset data we ask for access to so we can improve Storyboarder's library of presets in the future.
Thanks for the clarification, I figured as much. Are you open to updating the EULA to clarify that?
Describe the bug In Section 7 of the End User License Agreement, it states
"In the Software, User Data Settings that you set may be transferred to Wonder Unit. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant Wonder Unit a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, electronically distribute, transmit, have transmitted, perform, display, store, archive, and make derivative works of the User Data Settings. This includes but is not limited to custom pose presets for the shot generator so that the community/other users can benefit from Your custom poses."
It is not clear from the description what "User Data Settings" refers to, (and "User Data Settings" does not appear in the "Definitions" section of the EULA), and if this includes the entirety of contented created in and generated from Storyboarder.

Additional context I'm pretty sure that the intent of section 7 isn't to claim ownership of everything made in Storyboarder as that really doesn't jive with the culture of the company, but I just know, if I ask to have Storyboarder approved as a tool for use at my company, that it'll get flagged in a legal review, so I'm trying to nip it in the bud first :)
