No matter what I do my edits aren't saved #2270

First of all, the scene generator is awesome but I cant get it to save into my actual board. Secondly, no matter what I do, the second I move to another board (in the same project) all of my progress will be erased. I tried editing in photoshop, in storyboarder, the second I go to the next board and come back all of my progress is gone and im back to a blank page. Sometimes, what I draw won't even show up on the board, only on the thumbnail. It's really annoying that it docent work at all for me since I was really looking forward to using it

Im on a MAC with iOS 10.13.6 Version 3.0.0 of storyboarder

Can you send us a copy of the Storyboarder log file? Should be in the Help menu.

Also if you have time to make a screen recording to demonstrate the problem that would be helpful for us to troubleshoot.

Hi Anastasia - I am having exactly the same problem. Start to draw on my board and a few seconds later, the drawing disappears. Or it disappears if I move to the next board. And then on the next board nothing appears when I draw, apart from on the thumbnail. Did you work out a resolution to this? Thanks, M

It's a shame - the amount of time I've now spent trying to get this to work, I could have just drawn the storyboard by hand...
