Cant export to Premiere Pro 2021 #2278

Hi, I've edited an animatic in Storyboarder and used the "Export for Final Cut and Premiere" option but when I try and load it in Premiere Pro 2021 I get an error message that just says "The importer reported a generic error." Would love to get this sorted asap if anyone can help!

Can you attach the exported Premiere file? We can take a look. Did Storyboarder report any errors in the log?

I just tried to attach the file but Git Hub is telling me xml files can't be attached. Storyboarder didn't report any errors.

Any other solutions for this?

To troubleshoot it would help if we have the Premiere file, Storyboarder project ZIP, and Storyboarder log file (can find that via Storyboarder’s Help menu). For the Premiere file, try renaming the .xml file to .xml.txt (or ZIP it and attach a .zip) and GitHub should accept it, and we can take a look. Does Premiere provided an error console or anything that might give more info?
