Bug - brush stroke jumping to mouse #970

Hi, I've been using your software for about a day or two and there seems to be a weird jumping problem. It may be my old tablet or just my pc being dumb again but basically the pen wants to jump from where the tablet cursor is to where the mouse cursor used to be. other than that the software seems to be working fine.

Recreating the Bug: 1 use any pencil/pen 2 use mouse to move cursor somewhere on screen 3 use tablet to move cursor and draw 4 while drawing, the cursor will jump randomly to original mouse location

I expected to get a straight line but got a bump in my line instead

Using Windows 10 64 bit

Hardware Wacom Bamboo Create CTH-670 MB Gigabyte z97x-sli GPU Gigabyte 1070 G1 gaming CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.20 GHz RAM: 16 GB Screen resolution: 1080
