Google Calendar authorization cannot be open #153

Workaround

When user clicked on Add to Google Calendar,

Copy the current slots data to clipboard
Open https://ttap-gcal.surge.sh
The website will take the data from clipboard
Then authorize the user using Google API
Then add to Google Calendar
