Added --all-namespaces argument #8

Added --all-namespaces argument so that user does not have to have spawn multiple instance to watch multiple namespace

I haven't been using this myself, as I left the company I wrote this for a while ago but I'm returning next month. Maybe I'll able to maintain this again.

Tag v2.1.0 is now up on Docker Hub and also latest is updated.

I will try to contribute as currently I am trying to implement this to my kubernetes as well.
