Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add CPR (HLR) certification

Describe the solution you'd like Scan certificate and use it as an image. Add it to a appropriate section of the website

Success criteria

[x] able to view certificate
[x] use next/image
[x] have some text content above/under certificate that is inline with according design pattern.
