video is not visiable in both sides

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. idoubs to idoubs video call not working, no video appear in both sides,audio 
is passing both sides.

2.configurations used for accounts are : private id: 1000, password: 1000 
realm: 188.138.48.112 , second account : 2000, password: 2000, transport type: 
udp

3. packets captured at switch side are attached. and call ids are given below.
sip.Call-ID == "41f73ea2-fcbe-efda-f88f-9e5400284350"

kindly help me on this issue.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product or source code revision are you using? On what
