Seeking Customization Support to Install iDoubs, Create iphone Application, and do Open-Source Video Conferencing Server

Hi,
I am an independent, with a limited budget. 

Looking for help from owner to help me install iDoubs v2.x-preview (beta) on a 
server , amd Create an iphone application that allows users who install it to 
make unlimited (video or non-video) phone calls freely to each other within the 
software application users' network.

For the owner here, am pretty sure you will be able to configure such an 
application.

I presume the calls are made to or from a server. I will supply the server for 
the configuration. Hope we can help to achieve the above-mentioned.

It will be a further bonus if you know and could configure OpenSource VCS on a 
server to allow the users of this iphone app to even hold a video conference on 
the iphone, involving up to 64 participants at any one time.
