My hands could be covered with tomato paste, engine oil, blood... I shouldn't have to touch Glass #123

1. Allow for voice paging through cards: up, down, left, right, tap
2. Allow all apps the ability to have speech recognition set up on any card for 
paging and menu actions
3. Allow for speech recognition to display menu items
4. Allow for speech recognition to select menu items

I should be able to look up to activate Glass, 
Say 'paging, right, right, right' to navigate to a specific Glassware app.
Say 'menu, right, tap' to select a menu item.

Hey,

Although this is a cool feature request, it's not really on the platform but on 
the product itself; this means that this is not the best place to track it...

There should be some discussion open already on the glass community forum and I 
would suggest talking about this to your guide as well!
