Provide an official way to Bluetooth pair Glass with other Bluetooth devices that have no UI (Wearables). #579

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Choose a wearable bluetooth device with no UI e.g heart rate monitor
2. As a normal consumer attempt to pair the heart rate monitor with Glass, as 
you would for say a running application.

What is the expected output? 

Glass provides a native or web based interface to deal with this scenario.

What do you see instead?
There is no option to pair with other wearables.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
