Allow notification when user views a timeline item #61

The use case is to allow the Glass to act as a remote control, in my case for
presentation slides on a separate display. When a user flicks between slides in
the Glass, the ideal behavior is for this action to also flick the slides on
the separate display.

At the moment there's no way to get a callback when a user views a given slide,
so this functionality is not possible.

Just for a clarification, one presentation slide corresponds to one timeline
card.
