Camera not taking pictures or scanning QR code #612

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on Google Glass
2. Say : "Ok, glass, take a picture".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should take a picture, but it just shows the square present when you take a 
picture, on my time "card"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XE12

Hello,

Are there any reasons why you are still on XE12? Also, if this seems like a 
product defect, you should get in contact with your guide instead: click on the 
Support tab on MyGlass.
