1 NetApp - Develop an Extendable REST API server and Composite UI Based on Microservices
I taught myself web development during summer. And I found that back-end programming, including API and RESTful server is interesting but hard to impelement/practice without already built enrivonment. Through this project, I hope to gain experience on server side programming in a real-world, product-engineering environment.
2 Augmented Reality in Clinical Training
I've taken 3d graphics and computer vision, and I believe AR could make a good use of both kind of knowledge. Also, I had some unity experience in high school. Since my future interest is in game design, I hope to join this collaborative project that has many similarities with making a game.
3 Automated data extraction from mammalian cells
I took 2 semesters bio courses/lab in freshmen year, so I have basic knowledge of cell and know what to expect. I'm taking computer vision this semester, whose one perspective is exactly analysing time-lapse imaging by machine learning.
