I am excited to work on something, but no project stands out to me. I am okay with filling any spot that needs to be filled.

1 - Optimizing Web Browsing Energy Efficiency 2 - GUI for AppArmor 3 - Studying Scheduling Behavior on Heterogeneous Memories 4 - Activity Recognition Data Collection Smartphone App

I would order the projects like this in terms of how interested I am in them. I have a decent grasp on python, I have taken cs 1550 so I have some idea about operating systems, and I have some background on C and C++. I would be fine with any of these projects, but if I had to put them in some order, this is how I would order them.
