In this commit, I did some changes to have the code pass Github Actions, use the proper Moodle coding style and therefore pass Moodle Code Checker and Moodle PHPDoc checker.

I think you would make some developer happy if you would merge this.

We have something similar already setup in our private repository, but we agree that this should also be available in the public repository.

I'll try to give this a look when I get back from holidays.
