If synced carousel slider is configured with short move, sometimes can't reach end #1316

Sync a carousel to a master slider, and set move:1 on it. If you advance the master slider to the end, the synced carousel slider won't reach its far right edge.

This is due to some faulty math and unnecessary conditionals, as far as I can tell. Pull request coming.
