Make inline docs match reality #1

Merging just so we can use the word hextuples 😆 (I don't particularly like the phpdoc specifically referring to the amount of the increase though).

I also didn't actually realise this repo was public. 🙈 Use in production at your own risk! (Especially the changes introduced with SHA: 2a1e2673f6e59e50857 as they could grind a site with a large database to a halt)
