Did you previously try manually installing the pixel?
Yes indeed. But I removed all before installing the new one. Also if I disable the Facebook for Woocommerce Plugin, the Pixel helper doesn't show anything.
Can you try upgrading to version 1.7.5 and ensuring that Facebook for Wordpress wasn't accidentally installed along with Facebook for WooCommerce.
We're already running 1.7.5. And there is only one plugin running.
It turns out this is actually a bug in the Pixel Helper tool. Your pixel is working correctly :)
wow. ok. Is that bug reported? Should I report it? I just talked to someone of Facebook. They showed me the issue.
It's been reported. Someone on the Pixel Helper team is looking into it.
Great!

Hi @revendo ,
Did you still have this problem? It should be fixed by our pixel team.
It seems to be fixed now!

Hi Sorry, I accidently replied to the wrong subject. The helper is still showing two pixels. One with ID and the other without. [https://revendo.ch]()
Similar problem.
Site on Wordpress.
I have the same problem. My pixel helper found 2 pixels - both are green, but one does not have Pixel ID. I am not sure if my pixel works fine or not. I have firstly tried to manually install pixel, then I removed the code and installed Woocomerce Facebook Pixel plugin for my wordpress site. Can you help me understanding the problem? Or as above mentioned it means there is a bug and my pixel works fine?
Thank you in advance!
Karolina
I have same problem. I think is related to have the attribute "itemtype" in some elements (used for metadata). If I remove the attribute from the elements (div in my case) only one pixel shows.
Hi, same for me : someone has resolved the issue ?
The plugin seems to produce two Pixels when observing with the Facebook Pixel Helper. One has an ID, the other one doesn't.
