Hi @kozbilek , thanks for reaching out! 👋
As noted in https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce#support, the best place to get support is the WordPress.org Facebook for WooCommerce forum.
If you have a Woo.com account, you can search for help or submit a help request on Woo.com. Our support team would be able to help you with your site issue there.
The plugin also offers logging that can help debug various problems. You can enable debug mode in the main plugin settings panel under the Enable debug mode
section. By default plugin omits headers in the requests to make the logs more readable. If debugging with headers is necessary you can enable the headers in the logs by setting wc_facebook_request_headers_in_debug_log
option to true.
I hope this helps. Closing this issue.
✍️ Describe the bug
WordPress Version: 6.4.2 WooCommerce Version: 8.4.0 (Note: Unable to upgrade to 8.5.1 due to incompatibility with certain plugins.) Facebook for WooCommerce Version: 3.1.9
I am experiencing a critical bug where, with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin active, I am unable to access important WooCommerce pages such as settings and status. Instead, a blank page is displayed.
Despite deactivating all other plugins, isolating the Facebook for WooCommerce and WooCommerce plugins, and switching to the Storefront theme on a duplicate site, the issue persists without any resolution.
The issue may be related to an undefined method error in the fbinfobanner.php file. You can find the latest error log for the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin below:
🚶♀️ Steps to reproduce
✔️ Expected behavior
I expect to be able to access WooCommerce settings and status pages without encountering a blank page or errors when the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin is active.
