Release 3.2.7 - merge trunk into develop #2787

We have released https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/releases/tag/3.2.7, and merged the release branch into trunk branch in PR https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/pull/2786.

In this PR, we merge the trunk branch into develop branch.
