[Expired Token] I changed my facebook password and now plugin wont work #419

I changed my facebook password and now plugin wont work.

How do i update my facebook passwprd in the plugin?

Have you logged in facebook in the browser first?

I am having this same issue. I've logged out of Facebook and back in. I've deleted the plug in and reinstalled and have the most up to date version.

Facebook extension error: Facebook for WooCommerce Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.

Note I have just updated my token, now I have worked out where to do so.

It is now syncing products. I think I've got it working now.

@amberprimrose89 I went to Woocommerce, Settings, Integration and the link took me to update the token since I changed my password.

@rachelmq I'm having the same problem with Facebook extension error: Facebook for WooCommerce Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons. I've tried going into woocommerce, settings, intergration but can't get any further. This is a screen dump.... Are you able to assist? Thanks Tracey @eumundikids

@eumundikids have you logged into Facebook with your new password? You should have a button saying Update Token or similar at the bottom of that.

Hi

No button at all on page to click. I’m logged into my Facebook business page and have woocommerce settings integration open to. Do I have to apply for a API Code

I'm not sure sorry. You might need to contact Woocommerce and see if there is anyone that can help you.
