Reconfigure > Advanced Options > Delete, and setting up this plugin again. - Try to deactivate other plugins that you think may be interfering, then reset and set up again.

WP: 4.9.7 (latest) Woocommerce: 3.4.3 (latest) Facebook for ecommerce: 1.9.2 (latest)
Not 100% certain if this is by design , but Facebook Pixel Helper (chrome plugin) doesn't seem to "Add to Cart" event, but instead now sends custom events.

Because the FB ad manager doesn't seem to report this event. I've had a purchase that has NO ATC event in FB ads manager.
FYI: I dont think it matters but the site automatically redirects the user to check out after item is added to cart. I tested w/o the redirect, and same set of pixel events appear to be firing (which is expected).
