How can i remove the Existing connection so i can load new products to my facebook shop?

I am having exactly the same issue. It integrated well when i was using DropshipMe plugin for my wordpress site but as soon as i changed to Alidropship plugin and i totally changed all product in my site is not allowing me to move this products into my facebook shop.

Tengo el mismo problema y el error en la consola del navegador es: POST https://www.facebook.com/ads/dia/setup/delete/ 500

Llevo casi 1 semana tratando de solucionar pero facebook no da respuesta.

No. Podemos enviar esto directamente a facebook...? Yo me comuniqué con soporte de facebook pero no me ayudaron. Me dijeron que era un problema con el dominio y cerraron el ticket.🤦‍♂️

@hugomc33 nada inclusive me comunique con un asesor de woocomerce ya que tengo otros plugins pagos, y me dice que el soporte lo debe dar facebook que es el desarrolador del pluging, y en facebook me dicen que ellos no dan soporte. esta bien complicado el asunto

@larr85 que tal, claro el problema es de facebook, este es el error en la consola POST https://www.facebook.com/ads/dia/setup/delete/ 500

A mi me cerraron el ticket sin dar respuesta.

Entonces, ¿cuál crees que es el camino a seguir? ¿Solo necesitamos esto para poder cargar el producto que tiene en su sitio web en Facebook? ¿Te impide ejecutar anuncios de Facebook? Si no, creo que podemos seguir adelante y comenzar a publicar anuncios.

@topango el problema está con los anuncios de catalogo. No podemos usar porque no existe catalogo sincronizado, ni productos en la tienda de facebook

@motoedu no, sigo sin productos en la tienda de facebook. Intenté configurar el pixel manualmente para sincronizar pero nada.

In one of the accounts I was able to correct the error by doing this: 1) From the fanpage, I proceeded to remove the page, since it was indicated to me that it would be restored if not more than 14 days passed. It was deleted 2) Remove the wooocomerce for facebook plugin 3) Clear cache 4) Install the woocommerce for facebook plugin 5) Wait 24 hours with the shop unpainted 6) Re activate my facebook page 7) When I try to configure the plugin if you let me associate the page again

I have only done the control with 1 single store because in the others it has not appeared the option or message that I can restore it.

A mi me funcionó esta opción, gracias @topango El plugin actualiza el feed según lo programes y lo subes desde business facebook con la url del feed.

@hugomc33 pero he revisado y el plguin es pago, mi tienda tiene alrededor de 8700 productos y de pasar a una version free a una paga esta complicado.

I solved the problem. I deleted my page administrator account, opened another account and made the administrator. I removed all integration and erased my business account. I waited a few days and I could remove the existing store and make a successful integration.

My Page isn't even showing in the dropdown menu to select, all of my other pages are, but my page I need to connect isn't there!

Any ideas from anyone?

(Please don't just say "disconnect your page" without giving instructions how to. There seems to be no way of disconnecting a page without using the WooCommerce Facebook App, which I cant do, because the page wont display in the dropdown menu to select to disconnect.)
