[GTIN] Set Extension version to the right version after releasing the feature #2648

Right now the version is set to 2.8.5 in order to hide the GTIN field (see https://github.com/woocommerce/google-listings-and-ads/pull/2622)

Since the version in which we release the feature might be newer than 2.8.5 we should bump that version when releasing the feature.
