Send custom tests results to Manager #170

This PR uploads the Playwright Report of a local test run to the Manager, so that the web-based test report also has screenshots, videos and traces, as well as detailed test assertion insights.

A detailed PR description and review instructions are added to the counterpart of this PR in the Manager repo.
