Very slow loading of the "My Courses" page since Sensei's last update #197

Hello.

Since we upgraded to version 3.0.1 of "Sensei with WooCommerce Paid Courses", the "my courses" page loads very slowly if "Content Drip" plugin is activated.

To reproduce the error, you must perform the following sequence of actions:

  1. The Woocommerce + Sensei with WooCommerce Paid Courses plugins must be activated.
  2. There must be at least one course configured with content drip.
  3. Assign a student user (who is not an administrator) 6 or more registrations.
  4. Try to log in to the "my courses" page with the student account.

This can result in 1 or 2 minute charges, sometimes leading to timeout 500 errors.
