Update functions.php #2084

This code will add an option to change product quantity on the cart page and the total price will be changed.

I believe that this kind of change would be better suited in WooCommerce Core or WooCommerce Blocks within Checkout block, not in the theme repository. Having said that I would recommend to discuss the extensibility points you provided in either of the mentioned repositories.

Also, please be aware about the current Storefront status. Unless a pull request falls into one of the criteria "buckets" described there, we will close it, since there is still an investment of time needed by our team to review the PRs and consider the impact of merging to Storefront.

I'll go ahead and close the PR, but we can continue our discussion in the comments.
