Letters with accents don't show in WooCommerce dashboard

Describe the bug Some labels in the WooCommerce Dashboard are not displayed correctly when letters with accents are used.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Change site language to Slovak
2. Go to 'WooCommerce' > 'WooCommerce'
3. See incorrect labels, for example 'OBJEDN VKY' instead of 'OBJEDNÁVKY'.
