[GlobalStep - WooCommerce 4.5] User is able to close all the pop ups upon clicking anywhere on the screen. #5119

Bug Description:

User is able to close all the pop ups upon clicking anywhere on the screen.

Environment:

Windows 10 Browser: Chrome(Version 85.0.4183.83 (64-bit)) Firefox(Version 80.0.1)(64-bit) Safari(Version 13.1.1)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create any test site using Jurassic Ninja.
  2. Install and activate all required plugins.
  3. Go to Run the Setup wizard.
  4. Fill all the required fields on first step.
  5. Click on continue button.
  6. Note that "Usage tracking pop up " appears.
  7. Now click anywhere on screen.
  8. Observe that the pop up gets dismiss.

Note: This issue is also observed for the pop ups appears on "Home" screen and "Add new" page.

Actual Result:

User is able to close all the pop ups upon clicking anywhere on the screen.

Expected Result:

User should be able to close the pop up upon clicking close button.

This is a base behavior of the "upstream" WordPress core component we use for the dialogs, so I'm going to close this out since it is the expected behavior.
