1-star Android App Review from Oct 27, 2023:
Also experiencing the issue of uploading images. Absolutely nothing uploads no matter how many times I try. This is a major problem as I have many new products to upload on my website, but I cannot because of the app, this is a huge inconvenience and a drop on sales for my business.
App version code: 465 App version name: 15.8 Android version: Android 12 (SDK 31)

on computer it works fine when I am uploading from the device
i reinstalled woo i reinstalled jetpack
on my Iphone uploading works fine , on my other phone samsung it says ''invalid response from jetpack'' it sometimes work but most of the time it doesnt.
2-star Android App Review on Nov 7, 2023:
Facing issue with uploading product image
App version code: 465 App version name: 15.8 Android version: Android 13 (SDK 33)
7789809-zen (2-star Android App Review) on Feb 24, 2024:
There's an issue with the permissions. I can't access images or camera. I've tried from app settings and even attempted with an external app to enable the required permissions but it seems the developers clearly left that vital part out. I can't manage product images from the app. Everything else works fine. Kindly update.
Device: Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ App version code: 480 App version name: 16.4 Android version: Android 7.0 (SDK 24)
Same here. None of my product thumbnails are loading. I've tested on different devices.
I've cleared my websites cache and tried reinstalling the Woocommerce app.
The images load when I tap on the placeholder, but the images are not shown in the placeholder.
The app can't access CDN images for private sites. We can't change this but we should display a notice to let the users know about this limitation.
Thanks for reporting! 👍
